    Check the tracking number provided by the SKYVIEW Team for your order, sent via email (check spam if you do not see the notification.) Estimated delivery dates can vary based on weather conditions, traffic fluctuations or failed delivery attempts.

    If the tracking status states “Delivered” and you are still unable to locate your SKYVIEW lamp, please use the link below to file a claim with UPS: UPS Guest Claim

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, processed securely through Stripe. 

  • Where’s my order?

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    We offer a variety of shipping options via UPS. If you are choosing regular ground service, please plan on a 3 to 5-day shipping window once your SKYVIEW lamp has left our warehouse.

    Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take a few more days to arrive.

    Our customer support team will provide a shipment tracking number (sent via email) for your reference and can assist with any questions or inquiries as to your order status.
