  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, processed securely through Square.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    We offer a variety of shipping options via UPS. If you are choosing regular ground service, please plan on a 3 to 5-day shipping window once your SKYVIEW lamp has left our warehouse.

    Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada may take a few more days to arrive.

    Our customer support team will provide a shipment tracking number (sent via email) for your reference and can assist with any questions or inquiries regarding your order status, please Contact Us if you need assistance.

     

  • My organization / school is tax-exempt. How can we place an order?

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Please contact us directly at customerservice@skyviewlight.com if you have a commercial scale project or for orders outside of the U.S.A. and we can provide more details on purchasing SKYVIEW products in other countries.

  • My SKYVIEW arrived damaged, what should I do?

    Please be sure to include photos of damage showing the condition in which the box arrived as well as product damage.
