What is a ‘half sunset’ vs a ‘full sunset’ with SkyView™ Circadian lighting?
There is more to sunsets than just a pretty light show. SkyView sunsets, like natural sunsets, indicate to your brain that it is time to wind down into evening mode.
Your SkyView Circadian Wellness Lamp offers two (2) kinds of sunset experiences —“Half Sunset” and “Full Sunset”. There is no biological difference between Half and Full Sunset options, it is simply offers visual difference that users can modify.
Half Sunset (default) provides a setting sun, followed by skyglow, and then directly transitions to evening mode. The only difference from “Full Sunset” is that Half Sunset eliminates complete darkness and fades directly from skyglow into evening mode.
Full Sunset is the most similar to a natural sunset and showcases a setting sun, followed by skyglow, then 1 second of complete darkness, and finally transitions to evening mode.
