How do I make a Gen 1 SkyView Pro software update?

To complete a software update, ensure that your smartphone is within BLE (Bluetooth low energy) range of the Gen 1 SkyView™ Pro. Please follow the steps below to update your Gen 1 SkyView Pro: Ensure you have downloaded the BIOS Lighting app on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

1. In your BIOS Lighting App, navigate to the “General Settings” tab.
2. Then scroll to the bottom of your screen.
3. If there is a software update available, it will appear here.
4. Select “UPDATE DEVICE SOFTWARE” to begin update.
