How do I re-attach my Gen 1 SkyView Pro globe?

Please note: Your Gen 1 SkyView™ Pro globe is not designed to be removed/reattached, please do not adjust your Gen 1 SkyView Pro globe unless our Customer Service Team has instructed you to do so.

If you have been instructed to reattach your Gen 1 SKYVIEW Pro globe, please follow these instructions:

1. Align the dot at the bottom of the glass globe to the dot on the base of the lamp, please use arrow stickers as a guide.

2. Once the dots or the arrow stickers are aligned, slide the glass globe into place and twist to the left to secure to the lamp base. To double check you have a secure connection, twist the globe to the left and right. You should not be able to take the glass globe off the base.

3. Remove any remaining protective wrapping or directional stickers.

4. Once assembled, plug in the power supply to the bottom of the lamp base. Make sure the barrel plug connecting to the lamp is fully inserted or Gen 1 SkyView Pro will not turn on.
