Your SkyView Circadian Wellness Lamp can be operated manually, without being connected to a schedule. Using the SkyView dial on the lamp base, you can manually turn the light on/off, dim the light up or down, toggle between day and night modes, and engage pairing mode.
- To manually turn the light on / off, simply push down on the dial and release it to toggle between on and off.
- To manually dim the light, turn the clockwise to increase brightness and turn it counterclockwise to reduce the brightness.
- To switch from daytime to evening mode, simply push down on the dial and hold for four (4) seconds.
- To engage pairing mode, simply push down and hold the dial for 10 seconds. When SkyView is in pairing mode, you will see a flashing red light until the app on your mobile phone or device is detected.
