If you are having trouble updating your SkyView App, try the following:
- Restart your phone — Restarting fixes simple errors and helps your phone start fresh.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on.
- Open your SkyView App within 30 seconds to connect.
- Then, follow the prompts to upgrade the app.
- Once the SkyView App upgrade has started, do not close the app. Stay close to SkyView until the update is complete. Be patient, as it can take several minutes to complete.
